Salam alaikunna! Cause I know only my girl friends are going to read my blog :P.

Wow..I didn't know the phrase 'the last of your teenage years' even exists until people start saying them to me.
Jazakillah khair again to all my friends who surprised me on the day before my birthday. I was just thinking that I have never had a surprise birthday before :*).
Went I heard noises outside my door, I immediately ran inside- reflex action. I was of course not wearing a scarf at that time.
Had so much funnnn. I thought it was going to be a boring birthday, not being in school and all. But it was the best one. I had my lifetime friends to celebrate it with. Muhammad bought me a Puma handbag, Ali bought me a superman bag! Woooohooo! And my sweeeet umi bought me levi's jeans. What more could you ask for. Of course the sweetest gift of all is starting to feel healthy and having the self-confidence back. Alhamdulillah. I appreciate all the gifts- gramaphone, sweet birthday cards!, famous amos, shawl, brooch, shirts, book. Definitely all the wishes and doas as well. It's the thought and doa that counts. =)
Oh, and poor pizza guy. He was blushing and looking away. Lol.
I'm going to Jakarta again this coming Mon for a week. InsyaAllah I'll get the green light from the doc that I can climb/hang soon. Amin.

Love you all my friends! InsyaAllah we'll have a bright future ahead of us, and may our health and iman always be great/strong. Amin!

Salam!

Just read Seri's blog post. Courtesy does go a long way. I don't like it if I smile and people don't smile back. Or if people don't even return my SMSes (Their hp does work). Well, you can't expect everyone to make you happy. You can't change a person, but you still can change your attitude towards them.

Now I'm able to do jumping jacks...wooooohoooo! Alhamdulillah. I can slow jog short distance but I still can't run cause imagine running and limping at the same time, you're not able to move fast.
Went to ECP yesterday- first day of Chinese New Year. There were a lot of Indians, white people and of course malays(no.1). Spent time with relatives, keep munching and looking for things to eat (that's what I don't like about picnics).

Alhamdulillah since I reduce my dosage of meds my acne has gone way down. But I think my chubbiness is still there. Hopefully it'll continue to go down before school reopens. Had my blood test last week, and now I think I have a blood clot. I knew I had a bad feeling about that nurse. She didn't even smile at me. I hate it when doctors take my blood, but I don't mind donating it. Btw he said my ESR (something Sedimentation Rate) was a bit high - inflammation of the bloods. He does not know whether it's because I had a cold that morning or the reduction of my dosage. When I got home I cut all the fruits from the fridge and make a fruit salad(Known to reduce inflammation). I was scared because this inflammation can cause my joints to be weak or redness on the skin and all that.

The official date to move house to Tampines is 16 March. :'(

Yesterday I went swimming with Syahidah and Nabihah :D.
Syahidah : 'Eh bestnye! Kita orang buat ni weekly ah'. Hahah.
Alhamdulillah now I'll be able to see my friends more often. Anybody wants to join? InsyaAllah every Tues and Fri if it does not rain. We spent about 3 hours in the pool. When we were finished I told them next time lets just make it 1 hour :D. The weather + pool water = VERY COLD.
The moment I got home I rubbed 'minyak panas' all over my body. If I don't do that I'll be aching. Plus made myself a cup of hot MILO.

Since we're packing to move to Tampines, I've been reading alot :D . Books like Neurobics, Feng Shui, Syiah and Sunni (curious about the syiah part), Christopher Reeve (Superman), 10 yang dijamin masuk syurga. Lol. Every time my mom puts her books in the 'give away' pile, I'll check and keep some or read and put it back. That explains the wide selection that I'm reading :D. I'm going to miss this home a lot =( .
Last 2 days I tried to slow jog and I managed! Wooohooo! Alhamdulillah. Next TDL is to : Jump, Run, Hang on the bar. InsyaAllah I really hope I can do all this before I start school in April. Alhamdulillah now I'm able to pray the fardhu prayers normally. Except Subuh I use a chair (Baru nak start engine) ;D.

'Whenever you take independent people accustomed to daily interactions with family, friends, or associates, and suddenly move them to a setting where the entire focus is on what's wrong with them- a setting where they have very little else to distract them-you can virtually GuRrANTeE they will suffer from boredom, depression, or both' . Something I read.

No wonder the past months when I was at home most of the time I cried a lot. At times I seriously don't even know why I was crying.I was also really really emotional. Even the slightest things people say to me will make me tear up..lol. Alhamdulillah that doesn't happen anymore. When I was schooling, I'll reach home every day after 10pm, only on Tuesdays. Even on Sundays I was out the whole day teaching at Madrasah Al-Junied. Then suddenly Allah tested me with this illness..So from being out everyday, I was then at home or in the hospital everyday. Alone. No wonder I was depressed. I think the meds also had a real toll on me..I was taking 9 pieces of steroids everyday and some painkillers on top of other medication. At night I would be in pain, and all I wanted to do was sleep. The meds also caused me to be drowsy! Aaaargghh! Everyday I would fall asleep before 9.30pm. I know. Most nights it was painful and I had to wait almost an hour before I could fall asleep. Alhamdulillah that doen't happen anymore too. Now I sleep like a baby :) . Now I'm really xxxxxx thankful Alhamdulillah that my face is going back to normal. Imagine seeing your face puffed up with a lot of acne every time you look at the mirror everyday for 7 months. On top of that everywhere on your body has a lot of scars on it. Even you would be depressed and try to hide..lol.

Okay! Stop with the flashback miseries..haha. I think I never said all of this out loud before. Just venting out and burying them from now. Btw, I think only a few people are going to read this. Pull-up bar, you're going to be my bestest friend in the future..lol. Of course..everything was overcome through a lot of doa,hope, faith and definitely usaha. & of course the support of your family. Alhamdulillah for giving me the patience, strength and insight and understanding from now on..on how sick/unable people really feel. I didn't really understand until I felt it myself.

Advice to every body: Try not to take panadols. Use ointment instead. & do not eat instant food..the consequences are bad. ;) Sorry to burst your bubble to those who especially like instant noodles!

Jakarta 2nd time

Salam wonderful people!
Alhamdulillah since the 2nd time I went to Jakarta, I think my strength improved by about 20++% :D. Alhamdulillah yesterday I successfully swimmed 1and 3/4 lap. Haha. Before I could finish the 2nd lap, my back felt weird so I stopped. The muscle on my left leg has grown but it's still smaller than the right one.
Guess what I'm reading now? - '201 things to do while you're getting better (At home or in the hospital)'. Seriously. But it's not that I stay at home all day. I go swimming on alternate days if possible and sometimes I go out with the cuzzies. Tomorrow my aunt is having a picnic at East Coast. Hopefully I can go cause some people are also coming to my house tomorrow.

This time round Jakarta was fun! Cause I went there with Ali baba, my brother. So we did a lot of shopping. Well, atleast he did. I bought what was necessary..kind of. =D & at night times we went to the treatment place and did a lot of waiting. Pak Haji knows how to speak Arabic now =D. When I come he'll say 'Udkhuli!'. Still a bit scared of him, cause he presses my foot so hard.

Just now was the second time I went to the swimming pool since about more than 9 months. This time I actually make myself brave to actually swim..alhamdulillah for giving me the strength and keeping me safe. I know it's only swimming..but since I was sick anything could happen to my body. Like my back could suddenly lock itself up.. نعوذ بالله. Now a lot of things are like learning for me- learn to swim, to squat, sit on the floor,stand on the spot for more than 10mins, eat with my hand without shaking..
Well.. just being able to swim a bit today made me see the future a little bit brighter.. Alhamdulillah..

Back from DJAKARTA

I just know that over there they actually spell Jakarta with a silent 'D' in front . Or has it been always like that?=D Alhamdulillah here are the improvements that I so far see:

1) I feel lighter/happier =D
2) There are no more currents at this 1 spot on my palm when I pressed it.
3) I think my walking is much better. Still a bit limping.
4) Most people say my right leg has grown a bit more. (Even though I don't really see much diff) But it's still a bit smaller than the left one.
4) I can straighten my ring-finger on my right hand a bit more.
5) Oh, and ALHAMDULILLAH my chubbiness and pimples have gone down (This was the result from too much meds from Changi Hospital) .
But I think that's also because I use the facial gel roll-on from Garnier. I recommend this very much to whoever that wants to reduce pimple or to avoid them =D.
Also not to forget Doa'.. never underestimate the power of doa'.

This old man from Jakarta told me that his right eye was so swollen and big that it looked like it was about to pop out. Most people were afraid of him. This happened for 3 1/2 years. All the doc's medication didn't help him and so did the doctors. The only option was operation. So he started praying in the middle of the night and asked from Allah. Next few months, his eye was back to normal. MasyaAllah! He said he even got a dream that somebody said in 3 1/2 years his sickness will be cured!

I'll be going back to Jakarta in the next 2 weeks insyaAllah for a few more treatments and follow-up. Oh and guess what, when I was in Jakarta I tried to lift a baby and I accidentally pulled my back muscles..cause I was not suppose to carry anything heavy let alone a baby =D.
I felt like the whole stretch of my back was locked and I couldn't move. It was so painful. But I tried to calm myself down and took a few deep breaths. When I told the doctor in Jakarta he scolded me =D. Here's the picture of the baby and his sister =)

Salam alaikum!

I can here the azan for asar prayers from the mosque right beside where I'm staying right now.
As in literally next to this house, like neighbours. I'm in Jakarta btw ;) . I've been here for about a week now.. and we're (My father and I) extending it for another week. The flight and the stay here is sponsored by my father's friend..Alhamdulillah. He recommended us to see this chiropracter (someone who knows alot about the spine and nervous system). I went there from Mon-thurs. Next week same thing. He only arrives at his 'clinic' after maghrib..and every night he receives about 200++ patient. Most nights I'm patient no. 100+ :O

Last thurs I came at 9pm, but my turn was after midnight. Time treated by the Chiropractor: Less than 10mins. The waiting is endless..People smoke everywhere around me the entire time outside the clinic. I feel like slapping each and every one of them. Lol. As-Sabr minal iiman. So I waited for 3 hours to be in agony for a short while...he pressed both my legs very hard, correcting the nerves and bones. Afterwards he painfully corrected my spine..I really didn't want to cry actually. But what to do..cannot tahan. He haven't treat my fingers. He's the one who asked us to extend our stay..because it'll be wasted to have come this far and recover only a little.

Even ministers come to see him, but they still have to wait in line like everybody else. People call the chiropractor Pak haji. At first I imagined an old guy wearing a songkok. But he's actually I think about 30+ and wears a normal T-shirt. He's quite a fierce and stern guy. I can imagine why..treating 200+ patients non-stop.
Nobody has bring me to sightsee here..the only place I've gone to besides the clinic is the mall. Once. Luckily I bought 4 things there..all tops :D. & this is the first time I'm using my laptop after a week. My limping has reduced a bit alhamdulillah..but my fingers still doesn't have that strength. Ok doks.. Have a great day people!

I was in the middle of my exercise when I unconsciously opened the fridge to see if there were still any doughnuts left..haha..then I realised what I was doing and closed it back. Before I checked if a certain favourite was there :D

Alhamdulillah now I can bend my toes halfway. But my legs still don't have enough strength yet to sit on the floor and get up. Which means I still cannot sujud on my knees. My acupuncture doctor said that I'm the only patient that he allows me to scream at him. :D He said that the vegetable uncle next door said that he tortures people. Hahaha. When I scream he'll say things like 'Nvm, pain is good', 'Nvm, if you want to scream,just scream', 'If one day you don't scream anymore means I'm successfull (Which I think will never happen :D cause it just hurts) or 'If no pain cannot cure'. Lol.

Cheeks still chubby, still have those red freckles (pimples) even though I've reduced my dosage of medicine. The doctor said that It'll take time. I can't wait for the day where I can run, swim and especially climb again..and insyaAllah be able to do pull-ups again..Amin! Let's all pray for each other's well being and health ok.
Oh, and we'll be moving house soon =( . Still not sure to where yet but we hope to move by december. I really don't want to move, we've been living here for 12 years and in this neighbourhood since I was born.
The social network movie just has alot of talk..I think I give it 3/5 stars and Charlie st cloud 2 and half/5 stars. I think the movie is a hit in US because it's about facebook amd Justin Timberlake stars in it. I don't update my blog often but I expect other people to update theirs :D..haha ok now..salam alaikum!

Just had satay goreng, lontong and salad for lunch. YUM! =D
I now officially have an iPhone 4..Alhamdulillah! I think that's the second most expensive thing I've bought after my Samsung camera. Haha..It's from the money I saved up when I worked at Darul last time plus some from the sale of my cookies. My LG phone was giving me too much problem. Besides, sometimes you need to treat yourself to make you feel happy.

The first few months after I came out from the hospital..I feel like I couldn't really smile or deserve to laugh or even look at people in the eye when I communicate with them. Really don't know why. I also kept breaking down. But all's improved this past few months Alhamdulillah. Maybe because it's the power of doa and I'm slowly recovering.
Even when the doctors see me now they'll say..'eh, you look much happier now'. I didn't even realised at all that I looked that depressed last time. My brother was also the one who told me that I was a bit negative when I was around people last time and I needed to change that.

& Why no Raya photos this year? Cause my cheeks are all chubby with red freckles (pimples) =D ..they flared up because of the side effects from the medication I'm taking. Apa nak buat..reda jelah. Looks don't last..I've totally understand that now. So don't be surprised when you see me =)

Ramadhan kareem!

Salam alaikum!
Decided to change the blogskin. =D
Today's the 29th of Ramadhan! Time moves really fast. My 10 sessions of acupuncture are also finished. Now still continuing the sessions though,can't stop automatically.I can now alhamdulillah walk for about 25mins, but still limping a bit. If you have not seen me for a while, don't be surprise. My face is now chubbier due to the medication that I'm taking =D ..but my weight alhamdulillah still maintaining. Hopefully the chubbiness will go down once I reduce the dosage bit by bit. But nevermind, looks are just temporary..I'm now lesser bothered by it.

Acupuncture sessions are a bit tough, but that which does not kill you will make you stronger I guess. (Atleast that's what my brother said) I have needles on my head, hands and legs..at the same time wires are connected to the needles, so there'll be like shots of current flowing through. So my hands and legs sort of jerk by itself for 30 mins. Afterwards this lady gives me a message (to open up my nerves) for about 40 mins which will cause me to have aches later on. Then the doctor will continue to do more acupuncture on my back for 15 mins (with the wires again). Once everything is over I'll do some stretching for 20 mins. Tiring.
But Alhamdulillah I can see a bit of improvement..like my increase in walking distance. Although the whole process of nerve and immune system healing is a bit slow. My hands are still a bit weak though. My view of being really healed is when insyaAllah I get to sujud on my knees or being able to take the bus on my own ..now that's success. Let's all pray for one another in these last 2 days of Ramadhan! InsyaAllah kullu khair! Amin!

Salam!

I don't post often because the fingers on my right hand sometimes give out this irritating electric shocks when I type (Nerve thing). They sometimes also start to shiver. The shivering part is because of the medication. I'm still working on endurance for my hands..doing light muscle exercises etc.
Same goes for my right leg. It still can't stand on it's own or it'll get all shaky and I might fall. But I can balance on one leg in water though..lol. Some things like tip-toeing you can just do it in water due to the buoyancy but it's definitely impossible on land.

If you look at patients, their injured leg is usually smaller than the other leg because of the lack of muscle.. and my 2 legs are definitely comparable =D. Because when the leg is injured you don't use it that often which causes the muscle mass to be reduced. That's why you hear that people build all that muscle from exercising for like 10 years, but when they get injured, they can lose all that muscle in like a week.
For me, I gain some muscle during all that training in the 1st year of Poly. But being sick and in the hospital for like 9 days, I lost like about 8kg that time. Muscle weighs more than fats.

The doctors say that mine is a rare condition- Churg Strauss Syndrome, which affects a lot of stuff internally. But mostly my nerves. Those electric shock feeling that I feel almost all the time in my legs, hand, thighs and feet and also constant cramps on my calf.
So this nerve thing and all takes some time to heal, it's not a broken bone or torn ligament that you can predict the healing process. Which leaves my mother and I to think that also due to my mobility I might not be ready to start school in OCT just yet. Hmmm. I might ask for deferment for another semester which means graduating a year late instead of one semester.

Sometimes when you're alone too much, with nothing to distract you..you start to think about A LOT of different things..negative ones or even good ones..believe me. Oh and guess what? I've not ridden a bus for more than 3 months. Lol.
Phew! Writing all this stuff down is quite theraputic =D. Whatever it is I must now just concentrate on getting better. That's the most important thing. Be confident and positive that only Allah is the true healer. And everything happens for a reason, no point in being sad..but sometimes like I said, with not much things to distract you..you start thinking too much.

Sometimes you just receive what you need and not necessarily what you want. I've been reading a lot of books though, which is a good thing cause I have all the time in the world =D.

Yesterday went to Batu pahat with parents and my grandfather (Habib) to seek treatment from this Tukang Berubat . It was raining super heavily all the way from Singapore to there. We went by habib's car. Saw a lot of accidents on our journey there..but Alhamdulillah we had a safe trip. Sometimes we can't even see through the windshield while driving.

When we arrived at the Kampong area a lot of places were also flooded. Even infront of the Tukang berubat house was flooded, so I had to carefully go in from the side. I can't really walk on uneven grounds or slopes, because the nerves in my feet will start to feel something like electric shocks.

The tukang berubat has this 'ilmu'..a good one.. Where just by touching parts of your feet/leg he'll know what kind of sickness you have..he seriously knows what's going on inside of you. He can see if let's say your kidney is damaged, you're a heavy drinker, if your bone marrow is bad or even if you have bad dreams. But the medication that he'll give is only herbal stuff or ayat2 quran. Great huh.
I won't say to what extend the sickness which he said I have, but let me just say when I was in the hospital for 9 days, the doctor sort of give me the wrong medication..when the only medication I need was just plenty of oxygen. Some of their medication.. I'm still taking it now . But it's a strong dosage that if I just stop taking it let's say I'll just fall flat. Nauuzzubillah. So I'll just have to continue taking it and still take the herbal stuff that he gives me that InsyaAllah will counter it. I'll be going there again in another 2 weeks so that he can see my progress InsyaAllah. It's going to another long trip in the car for my legs. Kita Usaha..

Anyway, whatever it is..ajal dan maut di tangan Allah and he's the main healer of all sickness. So we must always tawakkal and be positive.
Ok doks..remember to watch what you eat! Eat on time! Take care of your health! There's a hadith that says.. 2 things of which people take for granted are TIME and HEALTH. So treaure them! ;)

If you're a baker's daughter, you'll get to eat eclairs, blueberry cheese tarts and cupcakes for breakfast. =D Healthy! Lol

Last week I had 4 doctor appointments from Mon to Fri. Had a blood test follow up, hydrotherapy as usual, CT scan for my chest/thorax and acupuncture. Atleast I get to go out and walk around..which was great. Before the CT scan I was suppose to fast for 6 hours but I forgot =P. I told the nurse that I just drank a little bit of water in the morning and ate 5 almonds, haha. Luckily she said it was OK..I actually nearly wanted to drink Nestum also that morning.
Last week was also the first time where I went to hydrotherapy at Changi Hospital without using a wheelchair. Actually it was the first time I went out without a wheelchair. But of course I took my time and walk slowly. There's a first time for everything! But most of the time even though if we do bring the wheelchair, I choose to walk.. =D the wheelchair is just like a back up.

I really hope insyaAllah I would be able to walk normally in the next 1-2 months. Cause I want to go back to school by Oct. Amin! Hopefully my hand would also be stronger by then.
If you're not sure about my sickness, it's called churg-strauss syndrome. You can look it up. The doctor says it's very rare.
The major part about this sickness that's affecting me is the inflamation of my blood vessels in my nerves. Which is now affecting my right leg and hand. So almost all the time there're like shooting pains / electric shock pains or it's like my nerves are being pulled in my legs. That's how I feel everyday. & nerve takes time to heal, not like a broken bone that you can confirm it to be healed by like how many months or so.
Oh and my face is a little tembam and there are like rashes on both of my cheeks because of the side effects of one of the medications that I have to take. Coba'an..lucky I'm at home most of the time.
But Alhamdulillah my condition is quite OK if I would to compare it with some people who have had it much worse than me from the many stories that I've heard since I've been sick.

Can't use the internet in my laptop right now. Mozilla crashed and nobody knows how to fix it. So no TV shows for me this few days xD.. Cause I'm using Mom's computer.

Going to hydrotherapy later. This time I'm going to be early. First time I'm going to the hospital alone. InsyaAllah everything khair. Actually I just have to walk slowly down and take a cab there. Once I'm there, to go to the pool room is not that far. I have to be brave, so I can start travelling by myself bit by bit. But I asked my lovely aunt to pick me up after the therapy =D. There are about 7 people in the session I think.. the therapist is a friendly 30+ year old woman. Everybody is older than me.. 40 year old chinese people, 1 malay guy and 1 20+ tudung girl who happens to work in TP! Of course she's having her MC now. She's using crutches at the moment..a result from a motorbike accident. But looks like she's recovering fast.

My parents are the most understanding of my condition of course..since the beginning. Even though friends and relatives are supportive, they don't sometimes really understand the full situation. But of course everybody's support is much appreciated! That's why you can never fully repay your parents. Thank you Allah for the best parents ever! =)

Yesterday's hydrotherapy session was fun. I was a bit late..will definitely come early next time. The therapy is not swimming and all that =D ... It's just that we move around the water, stretch and exercise a bit. The purpose for doing it in water is because of the water resistance and the buoyancy..cause in water it'll be much lighter..and I can do things like tip-toeing which I'm still yet unable to do on land of course. After that my dad pick me up and we went home.

So far we've tried acupuncture twice. Next visit will be tomorrow i guess. It's at Toa Payoh.. at this about 4 storey building called Chong Hua Free clinic. That's right. But each session cost $4..Only. I think it's like a normal clinic but they practice mostly TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Both times I'm there, I've never seen a single Malay. When I took a peek at the doctors' computers, everything is in Chinese..I think they even have my name in Chinese.
When they poke the needle it just hurts a little ('macam semut gigit dorang selalu kataa'). It's just for about 20 mins. 2 needles on each leg & 2 on my right hand. I'm still getting use to it. Like I said.. kita usaha, InsyaAllah doa, usaha and tawakkal a'lAllah. Cause we've heard a few stories, and they said acupuncture is the way to go. ;)

Btw I've just realised that whatever I post here will also be posted on my multiply blog which I've never touched in a long time. & sometimes multiply keep writing this 'amp' word which I didn't type. So I don't know what that means ok.. ;D

Parkway Parade

Yesterday me and my dad went to a foot reflexology/message shop at parkway parade. I was quite afraid but we must usaha. As u know I travel with a wheelchair..I can walk, but only slowly. I use more of my left leg for support. I'm taking it slow.

We, or should I say I, asked them a lot of questions before I let them touch my feet :D . Because we wanted to know first whether they can treat my type of condition. When the person was messaging my feet/leg, I kept telling him to 'pelan2 boleh' .. he said 'jangan takut, saya tutup mata pun boleh message'. He's a Malaysian, he can speak English but I should think he's quite experience from they way he talked to me and adviced me. One time he kind of pushed my foot very hard and I accidentally screamed :D..and all the messuse? there looked at me :D. Then he said 'ok2' and stopped a while.

Today my leg feels OK like any other day. But the nerves keep pulling a bit more and there's that electric shock feeling once in a while which is a bit more. Maybe it's because of the message. But I shall not bother about it. I have to learn how to manage the pain as the therapist said. My next hydrotherapy is not till nextweek, I can't wait. Everytime I go out or meet someone it's a blessing..cause I'm at home too much. It's sad :D but atleast I treasure every moment when it happens.

& the me, Rashidah and my relative from Kelantan went to Swensen for lunch after the message! The 1 for 1 treat. Yay! Haha. Then they pushed me to Cotton on. & I bought a black dress thing.
Yay! Lol.

It's a Monday and surprise surprise I'm not starting school today! I'm going to have to enter the October intake because I'm still limping and my mobility is progressing a bit Alhamdulillah..but very slowly.
I can't possibly use a wheelchair because my hands don't really have the energy to push myself. & I can't expect to depend on people to push me around campus. Besides if I want to start school, I want to be on my top game..or something. So Oct it is..5 moore months. If anybody has any idea how to make money from home, do tell me! =)
The doc says it'll take like 2-3 months before I can really walk. Well actually 4. But I really hope with my therapy and Allah's help it'll be much sooner. Please pray for my speedy recovery everybody! =) It takes me like a min to pick something up when it drops..lol.

Guess what? Yesterday me and my mom went to TM and Eastpoint using a wheelchair! I mean my mom pushed me all along. Don't worry I'm light. It was 1 heck of an experience. To go to TM we took a cab. But to Eastpoint we used the MRT. TM was a bit crowded at the lower levels. About 2 impatient Singaporeans altogether knocked themselves into my wheelchair because they didn't saw me.. and they were angry at me? They gave me and my mom angry faces. I mean what? I'm the one in the wheelchair. Hmm. At first I was a bit uncomfortable being pushed in a wheelchair going into Popular and all. But then guess what? Later I saw this tudung girl mid-20s very sweet, using a mechanical wheelchair all independent getting out from Tampines MRT. She was smiling at me. Allah really wanted to show me how lucky we can be.

I hope I can really use my time wisely insyaAllah this up coming months.. try not to be a couch potato etc. Lol. Equipped myself with as much beneficial things as possible..who knows this might be the best thing that has ever happened to me..Amin! If anybody wants to talk/webcam/call...feel free k! Cause I'm definitely am =D

Salam Alaikum!

Wow! I can't believe I'm going to try to start blogging again. Even though if people don't really read my blog, I'm going to try to just make this as a therapuetic thing for my recovery and a way to connect with all of my wonderful friends! =)

Alhamdulillah today I'm feeling a bit more spirited. Feel like InsyaAllah things will get better. There're always ups and down days for me. Feel like today I can walk more..but taking things slow.

A little bit later my dad is going to bring his 'Jin buster' relative here to our home. Seriously. This person even help the Maslamat kastari case. Shhhh. Not kidding. Not that I have anything spooky in my house lah. Lol. He's just visiting and maybe my dad also wants him to do some checking..just in case. Haha. Ok, I better shower and everything before he comes.

We had an open house for relatives yesterday. But since it's my bro's birthday...the house was almost always full with his friends. He also had 2 cakes! 1 baked by my mom, the other was from Polar from his friends. At 1st the living room was completely full and kecoh with his friends.. and the dining table with my relatives..lol. Sekali some of his friends balik then semua balik..it was quite funny. The house suddenly became a bit peaceful. :D

The other day after visiting my relative's house..my bro asked me how much I got for the angpau in Arabic.
Bro : Bi kam?
Me: Lam araw. (Which means 'I haven't see'. Using perfect Arabic being the Madrasah girls we are.)
Bro: Apa lam araw?! Maa Shuf lah! ( In normal Arabic language :D)

Haha :D ...

Currently, well not really current, since like a few months already..my camera's USB cable is missing. So I can't charge , take any pictures or on my camera at all. Therefore no Raya pics for me. =(

This holiday my training (CCA) is every Mon, Tues and Weds. I also have toastmasters like every Fri. I hope this doesn't go on when school reopens. If not I'll die of tiredness. Alhamdulillah my legs and arms have stop aching from the last training. Although it doesn't really go away completely.

Been sick for the last 2 days. :( Alhamdulillah... I'm starting to regain my strength bit by bit now. Still feeling tired though. The last 2 days I had an asthma attack again. It usually happens twice or once in a year. But when it happens, only Allah knows how breathless I feel. I couldn't sleep, the next day I had a high fever of 40.1 and a very bad headache. Since my parents were working, Rashidah and my aunt bought me to the clinic. Thank Allah for them. I was in a daze the whole way there. I couldn't even walk properly..of course we took a taxi there. Doc ask us to go to the hospital straight..afraid that I might have pneumonia or something.

Of course I'm all too familiar with Changi hospital already :D.. having taking my bro there because of his broken leg. So I asked Rash to get me a wheelchair once we were there..even talking was tiring. The doc already wrote on a paper about why I was there, so when each different nurse ask me about my sickness I felt like slapping them. *Sesungguhnya aku sedang berpuasa, well technically not..cause I had to drink water* They let me breath into the mask thing, gave me panadols, and gave me the drip cause I hadn't eaten since morning. Felt much better after that. It was 5+pm by then. I went through all that alone, they had to wait outside cause of the H1N1 thing. Was relieved to see my mom afterwards, she left work early. Hmm...story of my life. Everything happens for a reason. Guess I won't be coming to training in the next few days.

The exams are finally over!Woooohoooo! Alhamdulillah. Last paper was yesterday, accounting. Enjoyed doing the paper..haha. Results will be out in 2 weeks plus. Fast huh. As for now..more than a month of holidays! So tell me if you know anyone who's hiring part timers aite =D

Excited about the saff perdaus camp coming up this weekend, long time since I climbed! Quite scared about my results. I hope I'll get atleast one Z. Amin! Z is distinction..it's higher than A. Hmmm.

I finally watched Tranformers yesterday night. The show was a full 2 and half hrs. Totally aweeesome. :D Had a really wonderful time..laughed alot. I really love the sound effects..bumble bee’s really cute and the green and red transformers were really funneeyyy. Rashidah's mom had 2 free tickets from her company, and since her lil bro was sick I went with her. Free popcorn and all. :D

Last 2 days during CCA we had to run 8 rounds around the stadium! First we had to hang for 15 mins (with breaks of course) then climb for 15 mins and then ran 4 rounds for 15 mins. Did this set twice. But during the 2nd set I didn't hang cause I went to pray maghrib. ;) You know what the coach said? This is just an appetiser. I felt like screaming..lol. But alhamdulillah I made it through..I really felt like stopping during the 2nd run. But my friend Jia Chien and I ran together so it wasn't that bad. But so far Alhamdulillah I’m enjoying my rock climbing CCA. =)

Last week during the holidays I became a faci for Camp Explore which took place at Masjid Ghufran. The kids were aged between P5 to sec 2. 3 days 2 nights. Definitely one of the best experience of my life. 2 of my precious kids were so cuuute. One had really big eyes and she's really pretty and the other one looked like a Japanese :D with really big eyes..she reminded me of Memoirs of Geisha. lol.
They are like really innocent and all. We got the 4th position though. Because during the station games everyone went to 5 stations but we went to only 4...cause all our clues didn't led us there. I told the heads about it but nothing really happened. Really pitied the kids. But we got the highest marks for our performance during the last day..Woohooo! Alhamdulillah.

Some of my test marks are really disappointing...got a C for Communication skills a.k.a English subject. Ya, still having English in Poly. Got 30/50. For Accounts I got a big fat C again although my marks were 30.5/45. I really studied for accounts and I really wanted to score. But better luck next time I guess. But I got an A for OB (Organisational Behaviour a.k.a psychology) ... top in class..Alhamdulillah! 95.5%. (But this test is only 20%). I think cause the subject got alot of definitions and facts and I tried my best to memorized them. For CSA (computer, the one Huda is also taking) I got 41/50.. InsyaAllah an A also. Left with macroeconomics.. getting that next week. InsyaAllah all the best. Amin.

I'm totally beat! It's been since Saturday people coming to my house non-stop. Cause of my grandmother's tahlil. But I'm not complaining though..bagus banyak tetamu. Just that I'm really tired. It's 1.45pm now..soon there's gonna be a perpetual stream of visitors coming. So have to make my post short. Oh, and I haven't start on a single H.W. *sob sob*

Yesterday reached TP at 9am to meet the group for Communication Skills project. Which carries 25% of our total marks btw. Did our survey, print it out. Around after Zohor we ate lunch and we were on our way to bugis to approach people on our survey. Our survey is 'Impacts on Facebook'..fun right! Lol. So when I was appraching people, this SP student was also doing a Spore Post survey or something. So she said we should exchange. Only that my survey was 2 page (front back only) and hers was 20 pages!! I was like.. . But she said afterwards I would get a $5 NTUC voucher. So apa lagi, quickly did the never ending survey. Kept looking at my watch cause I haven't prayed zohor. After that rush to Sultan to pray..reached there at 4.

Btw, the girls' bahas (Mardhiah, Nabihah and Fathin), I don't know if there're others.. would be at 2.30pm on the 10th of June at Tamp library. I think u can just go.. so just sms them to make sure if you want to go K. OK folks, I'm out. Wassalam!

I have a blog again! Since quite alot of people don't have multiply, I've decided to redo my blog and import whatever I post on multiply to my blog as well. Actually it's already been on the back of my mind for a while...now that term test is over, finally got a chance to do it. So people, start tagging!

Have only 2 weeks of holiday. Almost ALL the weekdays are filled already. Hmm..So much to do, hopefully lotsa time too insyaAllah. I read a hadith that said that 2 great things that Allah gives that people are not aware of are time and health. So true. Like what if we suddenly fall sick and cannot even stand up? And time time time...lots of it..but how do we spend it? What if today is actually our last day? Course I'm also speaking for myself.

I watched Obama's speech in Cairo at Youtube just now. Truly inspiring and emm knowledgeable. Seriously. Those who have not watch it.. GO watch it! He talked alot of good things about Islam and about many great issues also. Oh, and he gave salam at the beginning of the speech! And he said peace be upon him after he said the prophet's name. And the man of course really
knows how to talk and convince.

Btw term test was from last mon-thurs. Each subject a day and an hr for every subject. Macam main2. Alhamdulillah I made it true..but of course like Hoods, burnt alot of midnight oil. Ate lotsa seaweeds, Pokey and Peperro..haha!
Just now treated Rashidah at Pizza Hut and a movie for her belated prezzie. Had so much fun with the cuzzies! Really refreshing..I really missed it. We watched Mons vs Alien..FUNNEYYY!
Hopefully I can make it to ECP on the 16th for the gathering. I miss everyone!! I miss the atmosphere of kindness, politeness and Islamicness! Really! Now that I'm in TP... going to events like NI (TP's muslim society) and meeting the other girls for the Sun classes is SOO refreshing. Not that I'm saying I hate TP. Of course TP rocks my socks off

Just finished wrapping Huda's prezzie! Haha. I can't wait for tomorrow to come! Fun, i'll meet you tomorrow. :D
The camp at KL was AMAZING. The best one i've ever been in. Actually, the malay teenagers, chinese and indians there are exactly the same as Singaporeans. The only difference is that they stay there and we stay here. Seriously.

Our group had 11 members in it. Only 3 malays. Azfar, who doesn't talk much and chews chewing gum ALL the time..& luckliy Hazirah, the only malay girlfriend i had in my group was there. We took care of each other and we always go to the surau together. I miss her! Oh, and the 3rd one is me.

Fortunately everyone in my group is cooperative and great. 4 days and 3 nights. It feels like i've known them for months. I mean, we see each other 24/7..from like 7+ in the morning till 11+pm everyday..lol. The great thing is that, there's like 6 groups there. Everyone with the intention to win. But our group won. Woohoooo! Insyaallah i'll be going to the reunion in march!

The secret is: I came there with a purpose. To make lots of friends, have LOADS of fun, gain lots of knowledge that i'll treasure forever and make the group that i'm in win..so that all of us will go home happy and make our time there extra worthwhile. & guess what? ALL of that came true. Alhamdulillah.
What i'm trying to say is, in everything you do, there must be a purpose. & when you believe in it, you can achieve it. Of course you must also work towards it. Success is a worthy goal.

About 2hrs left till i'm off to KL with my mom. She's going just to send me to Camp. That's right. Camp, in Malaysia. After that she'll be sleeping over at some relative's place. The camp is from the 6th till the 9. But i'll not be seeing singapore for the next 5 days. I've done heymath finally..but a lil bit poorly. Let's just say there was alot of none of the above.

Watched Enchanted. The movie was fun and funny. I love the musical part of the show.

The holidays are finally over. Aaaarrggh. 4 test coming right up and many more to go. My load of homework..there're still a few blanks. There's so lil time for me to take a break. With AMP and all snatching the holidays away. But i still made time though..hee.

Watched Nancy Drew with Rashidah the other day. 4. That was the no. of people that were watching the movie. One guy seemed like he was sleeping through out the show. And 1 apek who came half through the show to sleep. The other 2 were me and Rash. Haha. It was fun though. I kept looking behind to see if there were people coming in. But Rash kept saying 'jangan pandang belakang!'. lol.

Hiya jolly people! My right hand still hurts a lil due to playing badminton 2 days back. But badminton+swimming for a whole day, was a really fun thing to do just before school reopens.

I don't know if i'm free enough to see Mahmud often during school days. Mahmud! I'm gonna miss you in advance! Lol. Whatever.

My holiday trip to redang was enjoyable. Except for the 1st few parts of the trip which was not. Let me just say..we did alot of waiting. Alot.

Oh, the trip was with Hyrun's family and other jolly groups of ppl. Did a whole lot of snochling until our hairs had gone cuckoo and our faces got sunburned. But we used lotsa conditioner after that. I think if we didn't put on sunblock, our faces would be nearly black.

At 1st i was quite afraid while snochling... Looking at alot of big fishes underneath me and all. But actually they don't bite. & one time, i saw this eel. I think it was like abt 1metre or maybe less. I was so frighten! But then it went under the corals and nobody else saw it. I was so afraid it was gonna bit me! Oh, and i got alot of scratches under my feet cause of standing on sharp corals. It really hurt at 1st.

The sea there's really nice and beautiful to look at. Nothing like our beach!

Since my mom went to umrah a few days back, i eat at my grandma's place almost like everyday. Which means fighting with Mahmud everyday. Haha. I love to see him cry. Lol. But it breaks my heart too. :p
My favourite part of the day is watching 'So you think you can dance'. I just can't get enough of it. Since we already know who the winnner is, it's more fun to watch.
Also meet with Rash almost everyday. Just spending time together, eating together and doing other stuff.
Watched Shrek 3. It was funnneyyhh. Haha. Can't stop laughing. I wanna watch Oceans 13 though. POTC...pirates..., have the cd at home. Will watch later. I'm at A.maths class btw.

The trip to Temasek Poly was alright. Some of their expectations are quite high. Well, of course it is.

The whole camp was like someone dragging me through it. Not that it was really bad. Well, it was just a 1 day thing. I kept telling myself that .
But some parts of the camp were alright. Like, when it's near the end of it. Haha. And a few more of course.

My results, i think there's been a mistake again. Which is like the 3rd time i'll have to change it. Sighs.

We went to Bugis after that to buy Rash's early birthday prezzie. I bought her an ELLE diary. Well, she added some money too. :p After that we walked around and went back home.

Just packed for tomorrow's camp. Sigh..i don't feel like going.

Phew! Long time huh? As soon as the Exams was over, Rash went to my house for a sleepover. Enjoyed our cheesefries, bubbleteas and we watched Gray's Anatomy through out the night. It was pure enjoyment. That night my mom gave me 30 bucks. Know what she asked me to do? She asked me and Rash to go to the cinema the next day and enjoy! Was that out of the blue or what?! Well, actually we already planned to watch Spider man on Monday. But since 30 bucks fall out from the sky and went straight into our hands, we watched it on Saturday.
Don't feel like going to 'kemah Da'wah' at all. Even the name is emm..quite not right? But can't quite wait for Bazaar. I wanna eat and get fat. Lol. Nolah. Sweet indulgence. Haha. Just wanna enjoy some food. Holidays are ahead..wanna fill it up with books, movies, going out with cuzzies and friends. & just give this brain of mine a rest after 3 weeks straight of exams. Just hope that my results will not be dissapointing. But must be prepared for the worst. Cause i got a bad feeling this time. Well, wish us all luck.

Fresh new layout! Hope you guys like it.
Had an open house for the last 2 days. On Friday for relatives and Saturday for my bro's friends. It's like a goodbye open house thingy cause my bro's going to study at Yaman for 2 whole years. That's right. 2 WHOLE HOLY years. Just now, we went to send him at the airport at 3 in the morning. It was kinda sad. Wait a minute, who am i kidding? Of course it was sad! He hugged his friends and relatives. Some of them cried. When he put his hand out for me to salam, i told him to go salam other people first. You won't understand. I think if i don't stop now i'll be on the verge of tears. Well, bla bla bla. He left.
After that went to Mcdonald's at 5 in the morning for breakfast. Ordered pancakes with sausage meal. Went back home with my grandpa's car. Reached home and slept. I can't pray.

Well, i haven't ironed my clothes, wash my things and there's still Math to do. Sighs. My mom's just asked me to wash the dishes. Double sighs.
Ok now, i'll be posting again when i have pictures. Keep tagging though. Love you gals!

The past week was full of outings. Going to the theme park, Pasir Ris Park, playing netball, went to the recording of Wish Upon A Star, bought new clothes, watched Step-up, went out with cousins, Sleepover at Ayun's, bought Taufik's new album (Really nice!) and so much more. Some of my fav tracks so far are One, I promise forever, Usah lepaskan, Sombong, Stuck up girl, sesuatu janji and Holding on. Well.. i just can't seem to make up my mind. :p. Took pictures along the week. So, enjoy!

P.S: All sec 2 pinks are to be at old school on the 27th, Monday at 12.30pm to collect the correct results from our finals.

Sorry for not posting for such a loooooooooong time. You guys should know that i don't get access to the computer whenever i want. Well, this few days has been really chaotic with Jalan Raya and all. On Thursday i went out with Su's group. While on Friday, i went out with Zak's group. So did Zahira. Well, like they say, keep hanging out with a wide variety of friends! I had a great amount of fun on both of those days followed by a very sore and painful feet.

After Raya-ing on the 2nd day, i was suppose to go to my uncle's house that night. I was like so lost! Having to go over the over-head bridge and taking another bus and searching for my uncle's house and all. Phew! In addition to that, my uncle's blk was such in an ulu place. I can't tell you how relieved i was when i reached there.
Can't wait for the 'perjumpaan hari raya' but at the same time i don't want it to be the last day we're gonna be in our abt 8 years of school there. It's gonna be really sad.
